"Magenta with purple hues. Floral, spice and white pepper aromas. A structured wine great fruit purity and great length of flavour.
The fruit that went into this wine was sourced from our Seventeen Valley vineyard in the Wairau Valley in Marlborough. This is one of our warmest vineyard sites and along with super low yields, produces the ripeness levels required for Syrah. Grapes were cold soaked, fermented in small parcels and aged for eleven months in French oak barriques."
