Established in 2001, a change of ownership in 2011 saw the new owners make a serious investment into producing high quality wines. Located in the Bridge Pa region, the focus is on Chardonnay, Syrah and Bordeaux variety reds. Winemaker Jason Stent has been with Paritua since 2010 and has received massive accolades for his wines. Tonight we will taste wines from the Stone Paddock range as well as the premium Paritua reds including the outstanding “21:12” Bordeaux blend ($130.00) which Raymond Chan rated 19.5/20.
