Sémillon

Sémillon is gorgeously full-bodied like a Chardonnay but with flavour characteristics closer to Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris. Its primary fruit flavours are apple, lemon, green papaya and pear, and its modest popularity belies its considerable ability to make potent, rich whites. Bordeaux Sémillon is primarily blended with Sauvignon Blanc to create magical dry whites and Sauternes (dessert wine) and Australia has bragging rights for producing modern classics. Make sure to add Pegasus Bay Sauvignon Sémillon to your ‘must-try’ list, it’s a real favourite with the critics.

Excellent wine store! Probably the best in town. You can find wall kinds of wine and from around the world. I even found a wine from my hometown Uruguay which is not easy to find at all on this side of the globe.

Thank you Vino Fino Team, Thank you so much for your help with the drinks for our wedding day! We couldn’t have been happier with the service from Vino Fino supplying us with a Chiller Trailer to use on the day! You made getting the wine for our wedding easy and fun. It was low stress, and we truly appreciated being able to bring back the unopened wine. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to our friends and family. We’re so grateful!
