"Green apple, lime, a little spice, a light mint and floral perfume, something a little yeasty too. It’s intense in the mouth, green apple sorbet and pink grapefruit, kind of saline and savoury, offers a fine chalky grip, mouth-watering acidity, and a crunchy and tight finish of excellent length, some lime rind to close. Quite the Germanic thing here, big on texture, and very good too."
