Pure pristine Central Otago fruit has gone into the classically-styled Gibbston Valley Non-Vintage Methode Traditionelle. Creamy toasty notes are on the nose, with subtle brioche, straw and barrel derived aromatics.
Using a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from premium Central Otago vineyards, the Gibbston Valley NV Methode Traditionelle has partial barrel fermentation, and full bottle fermentation. Over 25 months on lees has created this wine's complexity. Pure and rich, its finish is long, dry and generous."

"Ripe, pure and complex with a youthful core of white fleshed fruits and citrus and with an equal power and intensity from lees autolysis, there’s a white flower and sleek mineral quality. A dry wine touches the palate with a burst of fresh texture mousse, fine bubbles and high acid line. Flavours of white fleshed stone fruits and pear, lemon and a cool-stone mineral complexity. Balanced and well made, fresh and textured with a fine mousse. Best drinking as an aperitif from 2023 through 2029."
