"The 2023 Ventoux Terrasses Blanc is crafted from equal parts Viognier, Roussanne, Clairette and Grenache Blanc, fermented and raised in stainless steel to preserve freshness. It evokes aromas of citrus blossom, white peach, green apple and fresh fennel, with a touch of wet stone. Medium-bodied and tensile, it’s lively and precise, with a spine of bright acidity and a gently phenolic grip that lends structure. This is a crisp, transparent expression of white Ventoux—uncomplicated but well judged—and best enjoyed over the next two to four years."
