"Straw yellow colour. Aromas of wildflowers, green apple and tropical fruits. Flavours of pear, melon, citrus, and honey. Tangy and savoury with crisp acidity and a lingering note of salinity on the finish.
typical of altitude wines, green apple, jasmine, cedar and wild honey scents. A well-integrated mineral and mentholated note in the background. The young wine has primary aromas which after 5/10 years evolve into fascinating puffs of hydrocarbons
White wine produced only with Greco grapes coming from 3 different vineyards located in 3 different towns of the province of Avellino: Montefusco, Tufo and Altavilla Irpina. The grapes are harvested by hand and carried to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing them. The grapes are subjected to gentle crushing of whole bunches to get the free-run juice. Wine making and ageing on fine lees lasts 4 months and takes place in stainless steel tanks."
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.

You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.

Note, for orders of 1 - 2 bottles we charge an additional $6 for packaging. To ensure the safety of the bottles we use specially designed posting boxes.
