"The incredible aromas jump out of the glass with scents of stonefruit, citrus, white pepper, and lemongrass. The palate is light and lively with noteworthy drive and flavours of lime zest, lemon, and crunchy nectarine with a mouth-watering finish. The fantastic energy sings of limestone soils. This off-dry Riesling is delicious on its own or as an aperitif; it will also pair wonderfully with fresh fish, seafood, summer salads and light-medium spiced Asian cuisine. Taut and zippy at release, this fragrant wine will continue to develop and delight for 20+/- years."

"Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is gently full, with aromas of citrus, peach, blossom and crushed rocks. Medium-bodied, off-dry to taste, aromas of lime, kumquat, blossom, crushed rocks and a suggestion of peach. The fruit is concentrated with good ripeness, along with gentle sweetness provides balance and palate weight. Tangy, mouth-watering acidity sears through a mineral palate and lingers on a high note. A mineral-rich and citrus packed Riesling with a lush presence, carried by great energy and tension. Match with blue cod ceviche and scampi sashimi over the next 15+ years. Femented in stainless steel tank to 10% alc, 15.2 g/l RS. 358 dozen produced."
