Winery notes (2026 Vintage)
“Premium Pinot Noir grapes were donated by the McCoy family from their vineyard in Gibbston. The cool 2026 vintage was extremely low cropping allowing us to craft a pristine pink Rosé with exceptional concentration. The signature of Gibbston Rosé is beautiful crunchy red berry fruit with apt acidity and this wine has both in spades! The inspiration for this wine is an intrinsic part of its beauty. It is also simply delicious! Live in the moment when you enjoy this unique Rosé with great food and people who matter to you.

Our 8th canine charity wine and only “pink” Pinot Noir symbolises our support for everyone impacted by breast cancer. “Charlie” is a therapy dog who visits a Canterbury Cancer Care facility with owner Denise, giving cuddles and comfort to patients and their families. We are proud to donate proceeds to Baskets of Blessings, a volunteer-sustained, Arrowtown-based food rescue charity, delivering food boxes, meals, and gift baskets to locals facing unexpected hardship”
