Winery notes (2024 Vintage)
"This years Pink Noise Rose is made from Pinot Noir. The majority of the wine is fermented in stainless steel except for the 10%, which is fermented and aged in old French oak barrels. The wine is racked and spends 6 months on fine lees before bottling.
Initial aromas of summer berries, crushed Strawberries and juicy melon supported with underlying sweet citrus notes and hints hot wet river rocks. The palate follows the aromas with bright red berries interweaved with watermelon and pink grapefruit threads, the juicy and textual mouthfeel is balanced by a fresh acid line with a saline reprise that gives a cleansing dry finish that lingers well after the wine is gone."
Rated Excellent & 93/100 Cameron Douglas MS, March 2025 (2024 Vintage)
"Fabulous and true rose hues of pink and pale red. Aromas and flavours of red and yellow plums, cherry and peach. The acid line carries the core fruit flavours accentuated by super fine fruit tannins layering in fine lees complexity on the finish. Well made and very food friendly, an excellent autumnal wine for 2025 through 2027."
