Pirathon produce a range of full-bodied Barossa Shiraz. They are Shiraz specialists. That's all they do, and they do it very well!

This is one of our most requested red wines and we certainly know about it when we don't have it in stock. Thankfully the importer has just landed some fresh stocks of the excellent 2021 vintage in time for winter and incredibly we can offer it at the same outstanding hot price.

Pirathon Silver Label (previously known as Pirathon Shiraz) has won many awards throughout the years and the 2021 vintage maintains that level of premium consistency, in fact we think it's the best release yet and agree with Sam Kim's assessment that this is "Flavoursome and delectably tasty".

Grapes were carefully selected and aged in new and seasoned oak barrels before being carefully blended. The resulting wine is plump, rich, full-bodied, and generously flavoured with complex, ripe dark fruits.

Enticing aromas of blackberry compote, dark chocolate, and hints of star anise and black pepper. A bold and expressive wine that showcases the richness of the 2021 vintage. The palate is layered with intense flavors of ripe blackberry, dark cherry, and plum, complemented by notes of mocha and subtle hints of vanilla from oak aging. The tannins are firm yet velvety, providing excellent structure and a long, satisfying finish."
