Aged in American oak casks, in the humid and salty environment of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a small town located on the estuary of the river Guadalquivir. Of a pale straw colour, with a hint of the sea breeze on the nose and the palate.

Super-dry and tense, with a molasses maltiness and intensity – almost like a double-fermented soy sauce (which is a bit of a head-bender, when you have this pale white-gold liquid in the glass. Notes of oyster liquor. Very salty and dramatic with a beautifully long, tangy finish. Not for sherry newbies."
