Produced in Hastings, Hawke's Bay, by Kate Galloway (ex winemaker at Alpha Domus) and David Ramonteu whose family are winemakers in the Pyrenees. Hastings Distillers is New Zealand’s first producer of certified organic artisan spirits and liqueurs. Their decades long backgrounds in winemaking provide an ideal starting point to further explore our long time love of all things botanical and spiritous.

"A bold and aromatic Gin containing 10 Organic botanicals, of which 8 are from Hawkes Bay. Batch distilled in our 150L Arnold Holstein still and cut to strength with Kaweka spring water. Top notes of citrus and juniper. Angelica Root and Kaffir lime bring floral hints and complex herbal notes. Perfect for a fresh Gin and tonic or a smooth addition to any Martini or cocktail."
