"Delicious aromas of ripe fruit, with black plums and currants standing out. These are perfectly complemented by hints of chocolate, coffee and toast. Notes of black plums and spices on the palate are accompanied by pleasant toasted touches from the barrel. It has round tannins and a good structure in the mouth."

"Ripe and fruity with a core bouquet of dried herbs and blackberry then plum and earthy spices of stone, clay then a varietal tobacco and hay quality. Dry on the plate with a fruity core from red berries and non-fruit flavours, some violets and plums then back to soil. Tannins are textured and fit nicely through the palate and along with the acid line deliver a wine of quality and immediately drinking window. Best from day of purchase through 2027+."
