"This year's Bittersweet Cab is a pretty, lifted red of medium to full palate weight and bright blackcurrant and dark plum fruits, wrapped up in regional Clare Valley menthol. Time in oak contributes to the relative softness of this wine and it finishes with tight, gently drying tannins.

Lifted sweetly spiced fruit; blackcurrant and dark plum with hints of crushed gum leaves. Bright, tight berry fruits sit forward in the mouth before the wine softens mid palate to a juicy, burnished sour plum with hints of christmas cake and anise. The bright primary fruit builds on the palate and tannins are gently drying on the finish."
