Since 1889, five generations of the Valdemar Family have produced some of the finest wines from Rioja. It was Joaquín Martínez Bujanda who started the company with 10 hectares of vines in Rioja Alavesa and over the years the estate has expanded to include some of the best vineyards across the region.
This is the very definition of old school Rioja that lovers of this style will find very comforting. 100% Tempranillo with classic flavours of cherry, tobacco, vanilla and dried fig.
