This dry wine tastes of almonds, pastry and pineapple – actually very delicious!

"From the sun-kissed heel of Puglia Italy, this charming wine has aromas unfold in a rich bouquet of tropical fruits and subtle floral notes. The palate is full bodied with ripe pear and apricot flavours, complemented by a hint of honey. It has great acidity to fruit sweetness creating a good mouthfeel, with a lingering finish and touch of minerality.
Hand-harvested grapes, selectively dried using appassimento method, undergo controlled fermentation and meticulous aging on lees. This process yields a full-bodied wine, showcasing a harmonious balance of concentrated flavours."
