"Bright, even, pale yellow with a light green hue. This has an appealing bouquet, with aromas of guava, lime, gooseberry and basil. Medium-light bodied, aromas of grava entwined with lime and gooseberry, and a hint of basil spice on the finish. The taut acidity flows softly on a silky mouthfeel and lends a refreshing, elegant finish. Match with clams and cod over the next 3-4 years. Fermented to 13% alc. BioGro organic certified, vegan friendly."
