"Deep purple in colour with intense berry fruits and lifted spice on the nose. This typical cool climate Cabernet blend is full bodied and classic. With blackcurrant, blueberry and boysenberry notes, a plummy backbone and fragrant earthy spice. Cabernet Sauvignon providing lavender aromatic’s with drive and intensity on the palate, Merlot providing red fruit aroma’s and roundness and structure and the Malbec just a hint of spice. Enjoy now or will certainly reward with careful cellaring.

Rich and full bodied, this classic blend is a perfect partner for roast beef, lamb shanks or venison. It's dark fruit and earthy spice also pair beautifully with aged cheeses, charcuterie, and hearty vegetarian dishes such as mushroom or lentil based casseroles."

Firm and dry with plenty of tannin textures and acidity delivering and mouthfeel of power and firmness then core red berry fruit flavors and baking spice qualities building into the lengthy finish. Well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2030."
