Winery notes (2024 Vintage)
"Expressive and fragrant showing pretty florals, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, thyme, spice and charry oak. The palate is sweet on entry with dark cherry, black Doris plum, blackberry, red currant, mushroom and dark chocolate. Medium bodied, concentrated, finely balanced and very complex. Velvety silky fine tannin that leads into a very long mineral and plum finish."
Rated Excellent & 94/100 Cameron Douglas MS, April 2026 (2024 Vintage)
"Ripe, pure fruited, varietal and inviting bouquet with dark cherry and plum, fresh and wild red flowers, wood smoke and stony clay soil scents. Vibrant and complex. Dry with an abundance of just firm tannins and medium+ acid line. Juicy and salivating, flavours of dark berries and plum continue with clove and smoke messages form the oak. Well made, lengthy and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2032."
5 Stars & 93/100 Candice Chow, CandiceWineChat.com (2024 Vintage)
"A powerful Bannockburn Pinot Noir with a silky yet firm tannin structure and an amalgam of spice, embracing dark fruit, lending a lengthy, mineral finish. Lifted aromas of cherry, blackberry, stone, liquorice and clove."
92/100 Erin Larkin, RobertParker.com, Wine Advocate, September 2025 (2024 Vintage)
"The 2024 Bannockburn Pinot Noir leads with soaked cherries and raspberry, milk chocolate and star anise. On the palate, the acidity and the tannins lock in and create a firm shape around the plush fruit. This is fresh, focused and lovely. It matured for 10 months in French oak barriques."
