Winery notes (NV)
"This is a non-vintage wine that transcends the variations of vintage to produce a wine of freshness, vibrancy and consistency. Prosecco grapes have been sourced from selected vineyards predominantly across South Australia which are well suited for their flavour and ripening potential.
Pale green in colour. White floral aromas mingle amid pink lady apples, fennel, green mango and frangipani. This Prosecco is light and delicate, dancing with refreshing citrus notes, a fine bead and lasting finish."

"A wildly popular style, local Prosecco, and deservedly so. This is a bubbles designed for simple drinking but one which is full of enjoyment. Just 10.5% alcohol, meaning that second glass is beckoning, it is made from South Australian fruit. It is a very pale lemon in colour and we have notes of spices, lemon and florals, with a deliciously soft palate and a lingering finish. A fine example of Aussie Prosecco for drinking now."

"A brand new wine in the Y Series, this Prosecco NV is a simple delight sure to procure a legion of fans. Light on its feet, it's an agile thing as it waltzes about. Green apples, lemon myrtle, lemon juice, white field flowers and a fine pastry feel all muse. There is no doubting its crowd-pleasing vibe and this is a good go-to if catering for a large group on a budget. Tick."

"Very pale lemon/green Very fine lacing and plenty of fast bubbles. Green and pink apple skin, green grape, creamy vanilla ice cream, kitchen herb fronds, green mango flesh and a little hard Parmesan crust yeasty/savoury edge. Hyper clean and fine. Easy citrus and green apple flesh. It’s tough for Prosecco to shine to any great heights (yes, there are some very good examples) but there’s obvious quality and care taken with this release. A little chalky texture with the mid palate and tail rounded out with that small amount of residual sugar, sharpened up with plenty of acidity."
