"The 3 most outstanding Syrah barrels from the 2019 vintage were selected and left to spend an extra 6 months in oak and blended together. This wine awarded a Champion from the NZ Organic Wine Awards for New Zealand. This wine is complex, concentrated and will just keep getting better and better.

We are ultra-fastidious in our organic Syrah vineyard to ensure the fruit has intense concentration of flavour. This involves much careful hand work to moderate crop levels and expose the fruit to the sun. "

"Hues of red with a garnet rim lead to a bouquet of wine that is developing and showing some secondary characteristics. Earthy, fruity, integrating and balanced. Aromas of plums and dried raspberry, some drying cranberry and leather ideas. Still youthful and firm with plenty of tannin and acid line textures, contrasting fruit flavours bring balance and integrity. Well made, dry, and ready to drinking from day of purchase through 2028."
