You visit regularly enough that the staff know you like extra butter with your rosemary bread and that your partner is always running late but will arrive at some point, flustered and loving. The chalkboard menu is welcoming and changes every night, yet somehow always stays the same. It’s constant, balanced. You never have a bad time here."
