Simple, satisfying and thirst quenching fizz. Organic Xarel Lo, Macabeo and Parellada grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottled before fermentation was complete in order to create fizz in bottle (ancestral method, pet nat). No fining, filtration or added sulphur.
A sparkling, natural wine made from the 3 classic Catalan grape varieties historically used in Cava production. This is a different method though which results in a lighter and fruitier wine. The name means "Thirsty" and a bottle of this exactly what you need when in that state. Easy drinking and more-ish with notes of apple and lemon.
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.
Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process based off your address post code. Please ensure you choose the correct post code. We will advise you if you have chosen the incorrect post code.
You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.
