"Vibrant ruby red in colour with a pale rose rim. Complex and layered aromatics include a range of spices from cinnamon and nutmeg to five-spice, dried herbs, deep cherry, violets and rose.
The warm, structured, and rich palate shows cherries, rosehip, orange zest, and liquorice nestled amongst many other spices and woody notes. The body and richness are wonderfully balanced by the structure of the Pinot Noir and the woody tinctures, notably a hint of the endemic Horopito and the mandatory wormwood on the finish. This Vermouth is delicious on its own, as an adjunct to the end of a meal with cheeses or desserts, or to upgrade your favourite cocktail."
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.
Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process based off your address post code. Please ensure you choose the correct post code. We will advise you if you have chosen the incorrect post code.
You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.

Note, for orders of 1 - 2 bottles we charge an additional $6 for packaging. To ensure the safety of the bottles we use specially designed posting boxes.
