Winery notes (2021 Vintage)
"Our Hill & Valley wines showcase the great diversity of the Barossa region. From the cooler Adelaide Hills to the elevated Eden Valley vineyards to those situated on the Barossa Valley floor, these ancient soils provide the base for great wines that speak of their origins.
The colour is deep with purple hues, and shows aromas of charred spice and plum. The palate is soft and abundant with fruits and fine tannins. Enjoy this Barrosa Valley Shiraz while fresh, or cellar for up to 10 years."

92/100 Cameron Douglas MS, June 2022 (2020 Vintage)
"Bold and ripe, fruity and varietal with a core of black currant and dark berries, baked plum, brown sugar and fresh black pepper qualities. The core fruit suggestions are showcased on the palate with a youth and intensity, tautness and complexity. Firmish tannins and a back bone of acidity set the foundation for the primary fruit flavours to stand upon. Well made, fresh, salivating with a some baking spice and nutty-oak qualities. Best drinking from 2022 through 2028+."
93/100 Stuart Knox, The Real Review, July 2021 (2019 Vintage)
"Opaque core into a deep ruby and purple rim. Blueberry conserve, sage and wood polish aromas. Big and dark fruits fill the mouth with complexing layers of olive tapenade. All that intensity is then compressed by ripe and gravelly tannins, which carry the palate long and with presence. Great value here."
