"Fresh and expressive aromatics of kaffir lime, ginger and orange blossom combine with a luscious honeyed palate showing fresh apricot and lemon sherbet. Low in alcohol and medium-dry in style with fine minerality and a lovely balanced touch of fruit sweetness.

Crafted from Central Otago fruit, Peregrine Estate Bendigo (40%) and Pisa (60%). Whole bunch pressed fruit is combined with gently crushed and pressed fruit to obtain texture and flavour from skins. Ferments naturally slowed and stopped to achieve a medium-dry yet balanced sweetness. Fermented clean, long and slow to retain freshness and gain complexity. Held on light lees in tank for five months."

"It's delicately aromatic on the nose, showing lemon sorbet, lime peel, Gala apple, and white floral nuances. The palate delivers juicy fruit intensity with finely flowing mouthfeel, wonderfully complemented by subtle sweetness and bright acidity, finishing splendidly long and delectable. Style: Off-dry. At its best: now to 2032."
