Clare Valley Riesling is as distinctive in style as Waipara is. Dry, citrus laden and an ability to age, developing turpentine notes as it ages. This is a new addition to the Paulett range, coming from their vineyards across the Clare Valley. It saw immediate success in Australia and sold out upon release there. We have managed to get a few cases from the NZ allocation.
