"Rich and complex with deep, intense spicy and mineral flavours underpinned by tight-grained French oak, barrel fermentation and extended time on lees. No malolactic to preserve freshness and retain acidity. Perfectly suited to any lamb or white meat dish and will easily handle richer or creamier dishes as it has the fruit weight and texture to cut through the richness and complement those flavours.

100% barrel fermented in tight-grain French oak barriques (25% new.) 0% malolactic fermentation. All barrels lees-stirred monthly. Total time in barrel – 2 months."

At its best: 2026 to 2034."
