The more premium label from Mount Riley in Marlborough is simply loaded with fruit flavour and has lovely weight on the palate. And as always from Mount Riley, it's stacked with value.

"Our Limited Release Sauvignon Blanc was made from a selection of our most expressive fruit from the 2019 vintage. The wine was made from 100% Wairau Valley fruit from our estate owned Grovetown and Litchfield vineyards. The wine we’ve made shows impeccable fruit expression, concentration and balance.
A complex and expressive nose showing passionfruit, grapefruit and blackcurrant with undertones of boxwood and citrus pith. A wine of striking fruit purity and concentration with fresh but balanced acidity and great length of flavour."

"Offering great value, the 2019 vintage was substantially (55 per cent) grown in the lower Wairau Valley, blended with fruit from the central Wairau Valley (40 per cent) and the Awatere Valley (5 per cent). Lees-aged for three months, it is fresh and full-bodied, with very good vigour and concentration of tropical-fruit flavours, a herbaceous undercurrent, and a lingering finish."
