"100% Sauvignon Blanc (skin fermented). Certified organic fruit from Auntsfield Vineyard, Southern Valleys, Marlborough.
Hand harvested. Fruit was 100% destemmed & underwent wild fermentation on skins & was gently plunged once a day during primary ferment. (Total time spent on skins was 51 days & was then basket pressed into seasoned French oak demi-muid).
The wine was also leess-tirred a few times to retain freshness & add texture. The wine spent 3.5 months in barrel and was then racked into a stainless steel tank to settle for a month before being bottled unfined & unfiltered with no added SO2 or additions of any other kind."
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.
Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process based off your address post code. Please ensure you choose the correct post code. We will advise you if you have chosen the incorrect post code.
You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.

Note, for orders of 1 - 2 bottles we charge an additional $5 for packaging. To ensure the safety of the bottles we use specially designed posting boxes.
