The palate offers a juicy entry with raspberry fruit and red liquorice, creating a long, inviting structure that captivates from the first sip.

Sourced from the BioGro certified organic Grava Vineyard, this Pinot Noir features 25% whole cluster fermentation, adding beautiful aromatics and flow. It is un-fined and unfiltered, preserving the natural integrity of the wine. Best enjoyed with friends over a charcuterie board or paired with a more substantial meal, this Pinot Noir is versatile and refined, perfect for any occasion."

"A lovely bouquet and palate, complex and textured, red berry fruits and red apple skin flavours, roses and wild flowers, lees spice and mineral undertones. A lighter weighted touch on the palate with a complex core of flavours that mirror the bouquet. An abundance of fine tannins with a delicate chalky quality, plenty of acidity and a strawberry fruits and flowers finish. A delicious example, ready to drink from 2025 through 2030+."
