Many have told my story. But only one has distilled the essence of this place to make poems that run over your tongue. Tales of the harbour told in gin. Named for the Hector's dolphins that swim off Akaroa, Hector's Gin comes in flavour profiles foraged from Banks Peninsula. Kelp, manuka, thyme, lavender, and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a dry gin with a slight minerality on the finish. Superb for mixing or in a G&T.
Every bottle is a taste of Akaroa. Our gins are a true evocation of this beautiful part of Aotearoa."

We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.
Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process based off your address post code. Please ensure you choose the correct post code. We will advise you if you have chosen the incorrect post code.
You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.

Note, for orders of 1 - 2 bottles we charge an additional $6 for packaging. To ensure the safety of the bottles we use specially designed posting boxes.
