Greystone Wines is a family-owned vineyard located in the Waipara wine region in Canterbury, New Zealand. Since its establishment, the vineyard has quickly gained a reputation for producing some of the finest wines in the region, particularly their award-winning Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

The vineyard is situated on the slopes of the Teviotdale Hills, which provide an ideal microclimate for growing grapes. The soils are rich in limestone, which gives the wines a unique mineral character. Greystone Wines is committed to sustainable viticulture practices, and they use a range of organic and biodynamic methods to manage their vineyards. They also have a strong focus on low-intervention winemaking, which allows the grapes to express their natural terroir.

The winery produces a range of wines, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Pinot Gris. As mentioned, all of the wines are made using traditional methods, with a focus on minimal intervention and maximum expression of the vineyard's unique terroir.

One of the standout wines from Greystone Wines is their Pinot Noir. Past recognition includes being judged Best International Pinot Noir by Decanter Magazine, with its complex nose of dark fruit, spice, and earthy undertones and a palate that is rich and full-bodied.
