Winery notes (2023 Vintage)
"Drawn from Bendigo, Pisa and Gibbston vineyards, GV Collection wines are classically sculpted, pure expressions of Central Otago. From the range of vineyards, a mix of fermentation styles and percentages of whole cluster was used, ranging from 0-100% whole cluster, 5% overall. Employing a very gentle extraction regime, the wines spent 14-28 days on skins. The wines were pressed individually, spent 10 months in French oak, 15% new.
Consistent full colour. Bright Acidity and delicate array of aromatics that are steeped in understated red and dark fruits, wet stone and blossom. Crisply contoured fruits on the palate coat energetically to a fine mineral finish."
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.
Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process based off your address post code. Please ensure you choose the correct post code. We will advise you if you have chosen the incorrect post code.
You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.

Note, for orders of 1 - 2 bottles we charge an additional $6 for packaging. To ensure the safety of the bottles we use specially designed posting boxes.
