A “classic” old-school Negroamaro from Italy's south. This one of those wines that if you ask the staff for a recommendation for an interesting, tasty, different, Italian wine you'll be directed to this… we just love it!
Garofano Eloquenzia has a savoury, spicy, alluring aroma of small black fruits, oriental spices, dried flowers and balsamic. On the palate it's sappy, tart, completely dry, and appetizingly bitter. Evocative of amaro. Light in weight, tasty, moreish, highly drinkable, characterful and fun wine.
