Concentrated flavours and ripe, fresh acid create a beautifully balanced expression of low alcohol Riesling. This wine is sweet but the balance as such is that it appears much drier. It is intense and has an ethereal length and cleansing finish that displays all the complexities that make Riesling such a great variety.
Winery notes (2025 Vintage)
"A swirl of the glass unfurls notes of white orchard blossom, apple skin and grated lime zest. Once tasted, mouthwatering Braeburn apple and greengage notes dance across the palate. There’s sweetness here yet balanced by subtle mineral tone and a dart of fresh-cut-citrus acidity.
Hand-picked between March 21st and 23th. Whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel. Matured on fine lees for 6 months."

5 Stars & 95/100 Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, January 2025 (2024 Vintage)
"It's elegantly fragrant on the nose, showing white flesh peach, kaffir lime, jasmine, and Gala apple notes, leading to a delightfully expressed palate offering fleshy texture and attractive sweetness, brilliantly structured by racy acidity, finishing impressively long and refined. Style: Medium. Certified organic. At its best: 2026 to 2036."
Rated Excellent & 93/100 Cameron Douglas MS, April 2025 (2024 Vintage)
"Fabulous bouquet of fresh limes and ripe green apple flesh, there’s a distinctive layer of minerality and white floral highlights. A complete bouquet from fruit to earth to intrigue. Off-dry on the palate with an initial rush of sweetness then contrasting acidity and fruit power. A touch of sherbet and gentle spritz adds to the freshness and style. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2034+."
