Winery notes (2024 Vintage)
"Our flagship since 2013, we were pioneers in creating age-worthy and gastronomic AOP Picpoul de Pinet wines. We actively participate in the collective "Patience" initiative of the AOP winemakers.
100% Piquepoul, this Languedoc grape variety possesses a lively and fresh elegance. Produced from a selection of plots, this cuvée, with its very expressive nose, is rich and complex.
A beautiful aromatic burst of candied citrus, exotic fruits, and honeysuckle. Plenty of body and roundness on the palate, with the lovely freshness and vivacity characteristic of Picpoul de Pinet. A touch of grain on the finish and a beautiful length.
Named "Félines", this plot of the Picpoul de Pinet AOP, the closest to the Thau Basin, offers us exceptional grapes! It is a small plain on a gentle slope, close to a bird reserve, the soil is composed of molasse with calcareous fragments. Harvested at night, the grapes are pressed directly. After fermentation, the juice is then aged on fine lees and stirred regularly for 6 months in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks."
Importer notes (2024 Vintage)
"In mouth, the typical acidity of Picpoul de Pinet is present, along with a really beautiful, ample and harmonious structure. Its robe is gold coloured and shiny, with green shades. The nose is pleasant and explosive, with aromas of fresh fruits and exotic fruits. Complex, this wine expresses hints of citrus fruit, aniseed, fennel, lime tree, honeysuckle, acacia, and has a light flavour of mineral with a long and exotic final."

Gold Medal & Languedoc Favourite White Trophy, Concours Terre de Vins 2022 (2020 Vintage)
"Warm stone, with a hint of iodine and a subtle herbaceous note, this is a beautifully extracted Picpoul, carefully crafted to complement fine dining. The palate is taut and straightforward, anchored by al dente flesh and smooth acidity. It's exactly the balance we expect from such a wine, capable of accompanying us year-round with all seafood."
