"Pale straw with clear hues. Floral with honeysuckle, citrus blossom and a touch of apricot. Off dry with sweet ripe citrus, tangelo, grapefruit, lemon and apricot. Finely balanced with crisp natural acidity and fruit sweetness. Light bodied, complex with a very long citrus finish. Cellaring through 2029. Organic single vineyard. Clones: 2/15 & Sel Ovaille. Hand harvested 27 March 2024. Fermented & aged in a mix of clay amphorae and old barrels."

Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is gently full, with aromas of lime, mandarin and honeysuckle. Medium-bodied, off-dry to taste, aromas of mandarin and peach, intermixed with lime and honeysuckle. The fruit is perfectly ripe and packed with flavour. Salivating acidity refreshes and balances the sweetness, lending a lengthy finish. Match with bacon-wrapped scallops and chicken liver pasta over the next 6+ years. Organically grown, fermented and aged in a mix of clay amphorae and old barrels. 13% alc."
