Nestled in the heart of Prissé, one of the six villages where the celebrated Saint-Véran wines are produced, this estate is steeped in both history and beauty. Its roots trace back to the late 17th century, with a charming building that adjoins the Château de Monceau, famously a retreat for the Mâconnais poet Alphonse de Lamartine. Here, amidst the peaceful grounds, Lamartine found inspiration in a hidden wooden hut he fondly named La Solitude while crafting L’histoire des Girondins.

The estate has been in the care of the Triboulet family since 1932, when Benoît Triboulet acquired it, passing it down through generations. Hubert, Benoît's son, continued to nurture the vines, instilling a deep respect for the land and its legacy. Today, Hubert’s son Alain is at the helm, dedicated to preserving the estate’s storied traditions while cultivating wines that honour this unique terroir.

Cool red fruit with a touch of underbrush and spice on the nose, and cherries on the palate. A simple, but yet very pleasant and affordable Burgundy.

We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.
