The Boudin family have owned Domaine de Chantemerle for 5 generations, working on 40 hectares of land. They are a true artisanal Chablis producer, not influenced by modern techniques, only working by their natural and authentic philosophy. Their wines display true expression of their terrior.
Grandpa Boudin was a cooper. His son Adhemar hated everything about the business: the noise, the smells and the mess. So much so that when he started making Chablis from the family’s vines, Adhemar refused to use barrels, choosing instead to use cement or stainless steel tanks.
Floral aromas with underlying classic iodine and oyster shell characters. The palate has great texture, with layers of waxy stonefruit and a zesty citrus finish. Chablis at its best.
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.
Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process based off your address post code. Please ensure you choose the correct post code. We will advise you if you have chosen the incorrect post code.
You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.

Note, for orders of 1 - 2 bottles we charge an additional $6 for packaging. To ensure the safety of the bottles we use specially designed posting boxes.
