After Charles Berthoux, then Georges Berthoux, Pascal Danjean and his son Charles-Antoine now constitute the 3rd and 4th generation of this Burgundian family estate. Based in Jambles, in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, the estate presents to you its Givry and Mercurey wines.
Winery notes (2022 Vintage)
"The grape, only raw material of the wine, must be of the best quality. That is why our cuvées are made solely from grapes grown on our own plots to ensure a full control over the ageing and that they express the full character of their terroir.
This tender and elegant wine, with fine tannins and ample and generous fruit, goes very well with poultry in sauce. 9-10 months in oak barrels. About 25% new barrels."
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.

You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.
