Deep ruby-red with a purple core. Aromas of blackcurrant, plum, blackberry, cedar, violet and a touch of dried mint. Full-bodied, integrated with fine-grained tannins and spice, along with lively acidity, lending a dry, rich finish. This Bordeaux Supérieur exhibits power, elegance, and the typicity of a classic Bordeaux red.

"Opaque at the core with an intense purple hue and pink rim lead to a bouquet of dark berries from blackberry to currant then roasted plums and clove. There’s a mix of new barrel and smoky wood tones then tobacco and dried earth ideas. A dry wine on the palate with flavours of clove and blackberry, iron and lead, smoke and violets, lots of wood and sweet toast. Intriguing, dry, well made and lengthy. Best drinking from 2027 through 2033+."

"Youthful in the glass with raspberry, currants, blackberry, spice and smoky toast commingling together on the nose. The palate is bright fruited with firm tannins that become more supple as the wine opens up in the glass. Concentrated and dense."

"Deep ruby-red with a purple core, slightly lighter on the rim. The nose is gently full, with aromas of blackcurrant, plum, blackberry, cedar, violet and a touch of dried mint. Full-bodied, aromas of blackcurrant, plum and blackberry melded with vanilla, cedar and violet. The fruit is integrated with fine-grained tannins and spice, along with lively acidity, lending a dry, rich finish. This Bordeaux Supérieur exhibits power, elegance, and the typicity of a classic Bordeaux red, leaving a satisfying, lingering impression. Match with beef wellington and sirloin steak over the next 5+ years. Fermented to 13% alc."
