"This refreshing full-bodied Chardonnay is free from the influence of oak which helps to retain the fruit's natural elegance and minerality. The wine undergoes fermentation in a tank to preserve its vibrant fruit characteristics. Subsequently, it matures on its yeast lees to acquire a delightful doughy complexity and softness.

Appley, lemony, nutty aromas with fresh, slightly minty, herbal undertones. A core of zesty lemon fruit drives the palate, while nutty savoury notes and salinity provide extra depth and complexity to the long and seamless flavours."

"A lovely sense of place with pure fruited bouquet revealing scents of stone and white peach, lees complexities and fresh apple, white blossoms and a natural fruit spice quality. A dry wine on the palate with flavours of citrus and pomaceous fruits, a leesy texture and complexity with a fine lengthy finish. Delicious, fresh and dry. Best drinking from 2025 through 2030."
