From one of the best Champagne vintages in recent times, the 2006 Castelnau Brut is exceptionally good Vintage Champagne. We rate this as the best Champagne buy we have featured in many a year. If you are looking for a serious Champagne this is a 'must buy'.

"Exceptionally, this Champagne has had more than 10 years of ageing on its lees, giving it remarkable complexity and depth. This vintage offers an aromatic harmony of grilled, toasty notes and the well-rounded body is thanks to the Chardonnay in the blend that has been grown in the Grande Montagne de Reims. Citrus fruit, such as grapefruit, caress the taste buds and impart a distinguished freshness. The spicy notes on the finish are a signature style of Champagne Castelnau."

    5 star review  Absolutely fantastic experience with Vino Fino for our wedding. They do offer a free chiller trailer with large orders but unfortunately someone got in just before us to have that on our wedding weekend. The staff are lovely and helpful, we had wonderful interactions with Paul, Dean and James. We did not have any idea of what we wanted to supply to our guests but the recommendations made were top notch and the guests loved them. The amount recommended worked out well for us, they work with your budget and they have a buy back option if you do not use all the wine. Would recommend for events or if you do not know wines like us and you are looking for recommendations.

  • 5 star review  Excellent service. We wanted to bring wine from NZ homw to Europe, but shipping rates were so high and shipping times were so long that we decided to take it on the plane instead. The team here helped us package up 18 bottles of different wines we had tasted at wineries in Central Ontago and Malbourgh for a flight and everything arrived safely to Europe. Many, many thanks.
