Winery notes (2021 Vintage)
"Nestled in the Clare Valley’s Stanley Flat region, moderate-continental climate enjoys cool nights and long warm summer days, retaining crisp acidity, balance and structure in our wines. With just over 18 hectares, or around 43 acres, of Shiraz, our estate grown fruit shone in these conditions for a richness and concentration of flavour.
This full-bodied Shiraz offers a complex palate with notes of white pepper, chocolate, vanilla and hints of strawberry cream and Monte Carlo biscuit. Its bright acidity and fine tannins contribute to a structured and balanced mouthfeel, culminating in a velvety finish that perfectly blends fruit and oak."
93/100 London Wine Competition 2025 (2021 Vintage)
"Dark ruby with ripe red and black plums, spice and mint, this Shiraz opens with a restrained nose and expands on the palate with juicy fruit, soft savoury notes and medium to full weight."

5 Stars & 94/100 Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, March 2024 (2021 Vintage)
"Wonderfully fruited and complex, the wine shows blackberry, thyme, star anise and roasted nut aromas on the nose. The palate delivers succulent fruit intensity together with plump mouthfeel, beautifully framed by layers of fine-grained tannins. Splendidly harmonious and flavoursome, offering terrific drinking. At its best: now to 2034."
