"Brambles rose this year is a blend of Pinot Noir rose, some carbonic some direct press, and a blend of Syrah and Riesling that were co fermented to produce a party on ones palate. The result is a soft, textural, brightly fruited, low alcohol that is thought provoking but not overbearing. Barrel & Amphora. Bottled August 2023."

"Brambles Rosé made with Pinot Noir, Syrah and Riesling. The majority of grapes come from the Luxston Vineyard in the Eyrewell Forest, Oxford. In fact, 80% of the wine is 2023 vintage Pinot Noir, and 20% is 2022 Syrah/Riesling blend from North Canterbury, so it is non-vintage. It has the soft ripe flavours that a rosé needs to deliver, with a teasing tannin and mineral undertow that makes it interesting. Syrah adds a blueberry muffin note."

"It’s crisp and sleek at once. A jovial slick and cut of rose, highly perfumed, sweet-sour and pleasingly bitter as a stage for light spice, herbal notes and a pleasing, refreshing grassiness. Delightful rose, lots of fine texture and a good sense of refreshment factor. Go forth!"

Bryterlater wines are crafted with intent, honesty, and deep respect for the process. Using organically farmed grapes from North Canterbury, they employ minimal intervention practices in the winery to let the wines speak for themselves. Embracing the unique character of each season, they produce vibrant spring wines and complex, age-worthy styles. Their goal is to create thoughtfully made, juicy wines that capture vineyard energy and bring immense joy to those who experience them.

And as for the wines? Petina Petillant Naturel Pinot Noir is poised and precise, barrel-fermented and bottled on lees for body and flavour. It's clear and clean with notes of raspberry cheesecake, Aperol, yogurt, and sea mist. Swell Petillant Naturel Sauvignon Blanc returns with a similar process, yielding a salty, lemon-lime, yogurt, and fresh acidity profile. Still Life Sauvignon Blanc offers tropical and citrus flavors with brioche and texture. Svelte Riesling is dry and textural with citrus and juniper notes.

Pinot blends offer white peach, strawberry, and coconut aromas. Ernest Pinot Noir features cherry, clove, and soft tannins, while Frederick Pinot Noir has dark fruits and fine tannins. Yonda Red Field Blend and Brambles Rose and Orange blends are vibrant, fresh, and complex, perfect for daily enjoyment.
