"Always a playful favourite, Lemonade Cake shows a new side this year. Focussed, complex, and impossible to ignore! Pinot Gris from our home block was pressed into large format oak and aged on solids for a full year, then blended with our classic rolling ferment of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Gewurztraminer. The result is layered and precise, with notes of candied ginger, rose water, melon, and fennel all grounded with tension and minerality. Lemonade Cake has grown up and we’re here for it!!"

"A “fruit salad wine” where as each varietal was picked, it would be added to the blend. Led by skin-contact Gewurztraminer and whole bunch pressed Sauvignon Blanc but including every varietal they process during the vintage. So there’s also Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Riesling. A touch of funk to this harvest wine, but also a crunch of cranberry, orange peel and sarsparilla."
