"This wine is a non vintage blend of Shiraz that contains wine from every vintage of Shiraz since 1997. Each year in spring we freshen the base blend by adding new vintage Shiraz, freshening the pre-Christmas bottling with new vintage wine, maintaining consistency.
This multi vintage Shiraz wine is richly flavoured with deep colour and displays dark berry fruit aromas, sweet plum and spicy flavours, silky tannins and a rich, velvety smooth palate."

"Includes 'a little splash of malbec'; gold medal winner National Wine Show of Australia 2021. The base wines came from the 1997 – 2022 vintages. Has threaded the needle with lower dosages than usual (hence the gold medal), investing the wine with freshness and finely wrought tannins. Is there nothing outside the skills of Paul Hotker? Not to mention, value for money across the board."

Note, for orders of 1 - 2 bottles we charge an additional $6 for packaging. To ensure the safety of the bottles we use specially designed posting boxes.
