You keep asking for it, now it has finally landed… Every year the Batch wines become a customer favourite, as it just over delivers in every way. Batch No.6 is no exception! It offer a complete Aussie Shiraz experience at a price point that is becoming increasingly harder and harder to find.

Crafted by a highly respected Barossa based champion, award winning winemaker. Some of the fruit for this wine normally goes into a wine at a much, much higher price point. To protect integrity, we are unable to divulge the identity of the winemaker or brand.

"The 2022 Barossa Valley vintage produced wines that are particularly strong, that show elegance and structure, with depth and length of flavour.

Sourced from a Halliday Wine Companion 5* winery, premium old vine Southern Barossa Valley Shiraz from a steep hillside single vineyard planted in the late 80’s, with higher altitude and a slightly cooler climate.

Crushed into open top fermenters, then gently pumped over to obtain optimal colour and contain the complex fruit flavours. 20% new oak barrels, the balance seasoned, French, American and Hungarian aged for between 18-24 months. The goal here is to not distract from the premium quality fruit on offer, whilst expressing the vibrant fruit flavours."
